Melbourne, Australia Gurdwara Nanaksar Isher Darbar set on fire by miscreants
An under construct building of Melborune Gurdwara was set on fire down under on January 12, 2010. Past year 400 (more than one a day) Indians have already been attacked in Australia. The attacks have taken an ugly track after a Gurdwara has been set on fire.
It is a highly unfortunate incident because a pace of worship has been attacked. The Australian government has been denying the racial angle, but the but the gurdwara committee has accused this as a racial attack.
Australian government must take stringent action against the guilty to prevent such heinous crimes.
