On November 1, 2009 all sikhs and world will be witnessing the 25th Anniversary of Anti Sikh Riots(one of the most shameful phases in Independent India). we caught up with the journalist who stood up against the injustice. This is the first in 4-part series of this exclusive interview with Jarnail Singh Journalist.

Q1.) Being a journalist, you would have closely witnessed the 1984 massacre and the discriminatory behavior of Indian governments in the past 25 years towards Sikhs. What do you have to say in this regard?

Meet Simranjit & Sarvjit the 1st Sikh soldiers to guard the Queen

Signaler Simranjit Singh, 26, and Lance Corporal Sarvjit Singh, 28, proudly pose with their guns while on duty in the grounds of Buckingham Palace. After all these two brave singhs are the first sikhs to guard the Queen.

Dhan Guru Granth Sahib untouched amidst school fire

Teri Kudrat ko Qurban” would be the first word any devotee of Dhan Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji would utter after reading this. Last thursday the Vancouver Khalsa School and Gurdwara caught a suspicious fire. But everyone was amazed when  a fireman carried out the Guru Granth Sahib, unscathed from the ashes.
